I tried to access our Tesla mobile app last evening and was surprised to find that tapping the icon led me to our Tesla account. I could not find any pathway to the Tesla mobile app. I checked the phone again this morning only to find that everything had returned to normal. Has anyone else had this happen? We have never had access to our Tesla account on the phone previously and the access we had yesterday appears to be gone today.

Tesla mobile app suddenly converted to Tesla account!

Your Tesla account is available on the phone app, including the Tesla Shop, Order history, charging history and receipts, and payment card on file. Just press the face in the upper right side of the app after it opens. It sounds like the Tesla account was accessed after the app was opened, while the app was connecting to your car, or perhaps the car connection app was not available when you tried. Glad everything is back to normal.
