Many folks buying a Tesla in New Zealand outside the main centers may have concerns about service.
I've just had a brilliant experience here in Napier. My (new) Model Y had a small vibration/rattle from the right-rear door that was particularly persistent on chip-seal at open road speeds.
I logged a service request in the App, selected Wellington but added a comment requesting mobile service since I'm in Napier. I got a call the next day from the mobile tech that services the lower-mid NI (out of Palmerston North) saying, somewhat coincidentally, that he would be in Napier the next day and was here approximately weekly.
Anyway, he's been and the issue is resolved. A+ Tesla for your mobile service on this case!
