Wanna share my experience as Mobile tech came by this morning to replace one of my headlights. He was very efficient and the whole job took him under 2 hours. He was the first mobile tech for Tesla couple years ago, now their team is expanding rapidly. When I heard that I knew my car is in good hands. 
According to him, V9 is not officially available in Canada so he can’t push that to my car. (Don’t wanna challenge him some of us are getting theirs already) He also addressed a couple of minor concerns I have with the car, great experience, and love their service and efficiency.
