I am considering purchasing a used Model X from Tesla.com. Since there is no SC in South Carolina and I live 2½ - 3 hours from Charlotte, the availability and reliability of Tesla Mobile Service is important.
I realize the Mobile Fleet cannot perform all needed repairs but what are your experiences in general with Mobile Service?

I needed a 12v battery in my MS and they came to work and replaced it in the parking lot. Even scolded me for having 40psi in the tires and pumped them up with a compressor in the service van. No worries. Now anything that involves an alignment or Glass replacement you’ll have to drive to Matthews. I’m in Sumter, BTW.

So if it is a used model X the initial fit and finish issues (if any) have been taken care of. I live in Bluffton and either get mobile service or travel to Jacksonville for service depending on the degree of complexity of the issue. I have found both service modes to be responsive and reliable. But if they ever put a service center in Savannah I will be a happier guy

A bit off topic but my new X came with 40 psi in the Continental tires. What pressure did they inflate to?
