I had mobile service come out due to the wing on the Y PUP not being affixed correctly and a frunk sensor that reported that the frunk would be open randomly. He replaced the wing (probably could've added a touch adhesive in the one corner) and changed out the sensor without any issues right in my driveway. A+ to the tech who did the work. We had a tropical storm come through the area yesterday and so it was no easy trick to get here. He called me and said he was running ahead and if he could come by early or if he should wait--of course told him come on over.

I know we like to kill Tesla every time they have an issue and many are deserved and many I've seen with other brands I've owned. However, when they do well they should be commended and I will rate this a very positive service experience.
