It's the person who has the car can claim it. I can double check with the tax department and update you guys. I really appreciate you guys helping out. I will post a sticker in a while.

this just isn't true. The $7500 tax credit is only eligible for new cars sales. Once the car has been titled, it is no longer a new car and any subsequent buyer isn't eligible for the credit.

Yeah that's a waste. But with a model 3's long waiting line. And with this specifications, I believe there are buyers who would pay extra money for this car.

Best of luck. I don't mean to sound harsh but IMO the $10k loss is on you, not the buyer. That is the primary amount most model 3 sellers are taking advantage of - the tax credit, and maybe $1k or $2k more. As I said earlier, maybe you can find the right buyer but I don't see it based on the sales we can see.
