Ok. Big vin allocations today. Sorry made a small mistake previously at 499x. It is a week later.

Please check if this is correct, or any more additions.

Not according to Tesla... Model 3, Single phase 32A = 50km/h

Wall Connector

Apologies my reference was to model S characteristics based on the connector type that Ray has (which I did say). The older single phase 40 amp connectors do 40kmh when connected to an S.
I got the impression the post was about adapting that connector type.

If all number used this is a 2300 range. I am still thinking there are gaps in vin number probably but damn, so not really sure on the total. Vinmania.

Especially if we are thinking 2500 total.

...And I remain vinless. The irony is not lost on me all things considered with the tracking side I’ve been doing.

I feel for you. Keep the faith, maybe tomorrow. Maybe for both of us.

Just got my second call within 24hrs from Tesla confirming details. Was told final invoice will be in my account today or latest tomorrow and delivery specialist will contact me shortly after that. This wasn't delivery specialist but was told deliveries in Perth are scheduled from 10th Sept onwards. I read elsewhere in this thread that the delivery specialist for Perth is on holiday (or out of country) until 10th Sept so that sounds as if thats the hardline earliest date for Perth deliveries. That makes it 3 weeks and 1 day to wait.
I arrive back in Perth airport on 10th September, so that's good for me! But sorry for others having to wait that long.

I don’t have shares in Tesla (I wish I did and if there’s a way to buy them from AUS that’s hedges against the US currency, let me know). Even without owning shares I hope they make an absolute boat load of money, to be very successful and ensure we have great service in the long term and to help the planet transition to a renewable economy.
I am not giving advice or recommendations and DYOR, but if you want to buy TSLA and hedge against the downside of a strong USD, you could use an internet broker such as Saxo (in Australia) and buy TSLA when you think it is a good time and when you think the USD will strengthen against the AUD you could buy AUDUSD (leveraged) in the form of FX or a CFD from the same Saxo platform.

Maybe a different thread?

Not least because we are losing money

I received a reply from Melbourne delivery that they will begin deliveries on September but cannot provide a concrete time at the moment.

My VIN also disappeared today.
I think Melbourne isn’t ready yet so even though they could potentially start deliveries in a couple of weeks this job posted a month ago hints that they still don’t have the staffing.

The model 3 is ~50% more efficient than the RWD model S. The AC connectors are the same.

My Tesla account just changed to include "delivery appointment
at Melbourne-Richmond Sept. 17, 2019 at 04:00 PM M
elbourne-Richmond 650 Church Street, Cremorne, VIC 3121"
Since I'm in Perth its a bit strange but something is happening
Whoa! Looking at Google map,
I almost thought that Tesla Australia was delivering special Ute Model S
