arg! Can you believe it. Got the delivery call 5 minutes ago...but the wife didn't pick up as she didn't recognise the number. They will call back supposedly...3 1/2 years of waiting and miss 'the call' Put the car in her name as appeasement for getting the roadster one day.

Got the Email last night with the Invoice and VicRoads form attached
Vin is the same as hidden VIN
Build and compliance date 19/7/2019
They did include the boiler plate on payment 72 hours prior, however, I have a lease through Pepper/Tesla so I asked for clarification and forwarded the invoice to Pepper. Sent the signed VicRoads form back with the current delivery date (25th) so it would be too hard to push me back.
Pepper do Leases? They never mentioned that when they reject my finance application to lack of credit history. Ended up going through my employers novated lease provider.

after the missed phone call, got the email...delivery confirmed 2pm, 17th! Rego papers will be in the glove box. No Tesla rep present at delivery

I spoke to Pepper and Macquarie both. Pepper said they only do personal finance, but Macquarie said they can also do novated lease but only on the car component and not packaged.
Due to pickup SR+ tomorrow at 10 in Sydney. Just got an unlisted call from Tesla. Thought they were going to push the date back but alas they just wanted to check I was still coming and that I had organised insurance (done of course). Also prepped me that it would be a 10-15 minute handover which is fine too. What a relief.
I have a Chamberlin MyQ which supports Apple, Google, Amazon home plus IFTTT, so intergration with Tesla Homelink shouldn’t be a problem.

9am. friend picked his up today. said it took around 30 minutes.
I see there are finally some Brisbane deliveries starting. I was curious and apologies if there is a post somewhere here about it buy have any Brisbane members looked into coating or wrapping?

the feeling is mutual! Still waiting. All I want is the delivery date so i can plan for important other things besides a car
+1 on this. Been a while since my last car purchase, no idea who is good in coating nowadays, but impressed at the coating on my mother’s Ioniq EV which seems to be ceramic.
