Tesla Model 3 Performance spare wheel+tire in Europe?

Hi, I want to buy a spare tire for my M3P. I want some narrow "spare" only one, not a regular wheel as that would take most of the height of my trunk (when hooked up to the rear tray).
I already bought this one but it does not fit the Performance brake + axle lip (the note about incompatibility is there only now upon my request). When I tested it it started scratching my brake while squeaking: photos video
I haven't found here a suitable one to buy in Europe (sure best in Czech Republic but that is very improbable). There is one thread but its link is 404 and that company now offers only "Tesla Model 3 Non Performance" kit.
Just the wheel is preferred as I already have all the accessories but that does not matter much. Thanks.
