Tesla Model 3 Standard range Lease transfer 24 months available

My Tesla Y is coming and i woild want to transfer the lease for remaining period with lease end date of Sep 10, 2024 to someone wanting a tesla right away. Car is from non smoking no pets and in clean condition. I paid a downpayment and monthly payment is $400 only. I will take $5000 for down payment. Total savings in this lease is 5,000 as compared to current lease price from Tesla. Car is in New Jersey.
