I'm guessing you mean hardware changes, software changes are only an OTA away...
1+ for auto open/close boot, not too bothered about the froot myself.
Option for a "satin black" centre console instead of the piano black.
A better fitting mobile dock, never got it to work --- a sight bump or a tight corner and the phone disconnects itself.
USB-C with power delivery.
Roof handles.
Support for either mobile tethering over USB (rather than mobile hotspot) or for plugin WiFi dongle would be nice, might be software fixable?
V2G/Bidirectional charging, not sure if this is possible with CCS?

Newer Model 3s are coming with this. 1 USB-C in the front, 2 in the back. Supports USB-PD and can do 27W.

Froot definitely, pressing down hard is a worry. I am sure a cheap aftermarket should be created just some form of soft close.
