Yes it does have tech package and the smart air is there as well. only options not chosen werethe ludicrous upgrade and subzero package

I'm thinking you read the "headline number" on the order sheet which is with the $7500 federal deduction... I never have liked how Tesla did that and always felt it was a little misleading.

(I'm just trying to help you out on your sale price... )
