The older S is a tougher value proposition when someone can get a new 3 or a new S delivered in a few months. On the other hand, X used values are pretty absurd right now since the lead times on those are a year.
Exactly. Just supply and demand. Since you can get a new Model S relatively quickly, prices on used have come down, contrawise, new Model X deliveries are a year away still.

Feb/March are low points for prices, usually. I wish I had bought a year ago in February. The prices went crazy after March or so. A lot of the country is pretty hunkered down in foul weather in February and not thinking too hard about what they're driving, or they may still be paying off the credit card bill from December.

New questions. Looking at two cars that, aside from a few thousand miles, seem identical. EXCEPT...

One, under color, has: PMNG Midnight Slver Mtlc and WR01 Wrap, the other has only the PMNG Midnight Slver Mtlc code.
Similarly, one, under Wheels+Tires has: TIG4, WR00, and WTAS 19-Slipstream, the other lacks the WR00 code.

This seems to be about "wrap"; what's that in these two cases?

There really isn't any other additional info on the WR00 or WR01 codes, other than "WRAP" in the source. Don't read into the classification of "Color" or "Wheels+Tires". Can you post the VINs or links to these two cars?
