Wife came home parked car and it instantly went offline (according to TeslaFi). Now it is unresponsive. No communications at all. On the phone with Tesla right now.

2014 P85 2019.32.1

Anything I can do to wake her up?

lol well it sat for 20 minutes and then woke up. Cancelled the tow truck. Definitely wasn’t 12v. Apparently the computer was hung. Did full reboots on everything. Hopefully the gremlin is gone.

My car was towed in for service on Sunday and the same thing happened to them. Monday morning I got an “alarm triggered” alert in the app. Service told me they had to manually pop the car open thinking the 12V had died. Car came back to life after that.

I've certainly had the X go unresponsive to TeslaFi and the Tesla app, but I've always been able to unlock and drive it with the fob. Mostly just unlocked and did a reset to get it back to normal, though sometimes it came back on its own. I've never had it lock me out.

Do you think she started a software update?
Definitely not that. TeslaFi shows upgraded to 2019.32.2 on Saturday. I think it probably needed a reboot after that update. 1 weird thing though. I have been noticing for the past month my car started falling asleep again after months of insomnia. 1 hour at a time only. Coincidentally the car was offline for 1 hour before it came back to life today. Going to start watching more closely and see if I can wake up next time it falls asleep.
