Need decoding diagnostic trouble codes Tesla Model S. Who can throw?

The DTCs for a Tesla might be listed in their Service Manual, but possibly just Tesla's
Diagnostic software knows them, how to get them, who "throws" them, and what they mean.

Why do you need them ... do you have a Salvage Tesla, or parts?

Perhaps you can buy a copy of the Service Manual?
Possibly become a Tesla Certified repair facility?

People who live in the one state that requires Tesla to offer or sell
a Service Manual can obtain / buy / download a copy. Perhaps
you live in that state?
