I believe only chemicals are required to have SDS'. Not sure what hazards and first aid treatments are necessary for a kids Model S.
Now if it's the NHTSA crash test data you're looking for, I don't believe that's been released yet. I can tell you my son has walked away uninjured from multiple front end collisions and rollovers
