Here are a few things I noticed that are missing in the alpha car but a in the concept: No sunroof opening (first video) and no openings for the motorized arms which raises or lowers the rear hatch (second video).

The bombshell was the PEM is in a cylindrical configuration at the end of the motor and gearbox. Talk about out-of-the-box thinking!
