2016 Tesla Model S

When we received the car it had bird droppings, hard water spots and scratches all over it. So we did a thorough exterior wash and paint correction before installing paint protection film.

We received the car just like this with bird droppings all over it. So we washed it and used a clay bar to remove all the micro debris.

Here you can see an area on the hood with some pretty bad scratches and where the bird droppings have begun to eat at the paint.

We are installing 3M Crystalline and Madico IR films today on this Model S.

IR films block significantly more heat than regular or ceramic films due to its thickness and layering.

The customer chose to have 20% Madico film installed on the sides and back and 70% 3M Crystalline installed on the windshield for maximum heat rejection and to reduce glare.

Not to mention it looks awesome!

Our customer from Sarasota came to pick up his Model S from us today after we did paint correction and applied Gtechniq Crystal Serum to the entire car. We also ceramic coated the windows and wheels!

Before our customers leave, we like to educate them on the products that we have just installed on their car and teach them how to maintain them properly. This way they stay in the best condition possible.

This weekend we wrapped up the work on our second Model S this week!

Our customer wanted to cover the full front of the vehicle with Suntek Paint Protection Film and we also did full Crystalline window film on all the windows and sunroof. Crystalline window film blocks about 97% of all heat and 99% of UV rays and is extremely high quality.

Here are some pictures of our work.

Getting the hood film on is easiest with two installers.

We make sure to wrap edges for a clean install.

We installed Crystalline 40 on the sides and back.

Another Tesla in for Paint Correction, Paint Protection and Ceramic Coating.

We also installed full Crystalline window tint to protect the interior and block out as much heat as possible.

Our detailers polished and paint corrected the entire car to remove any swirls or scratches and give the paint a deep mirror finish.
Then we wrapped the entire car in Suntek Paint Protection Film to protect it from rock chips, love bugs, road debris, and other objects that could cause damage to the paint.

Finally we sealed the paint protection in with a seven year, high shine, hydrophobic ceramic coating as an added layer of protection and to give the paint a wet glossy appearance.

Paint Protection Film:
Full Hood, Full Fenders, Mirrors, Bumper and Lights - $1800-2000
Rear Bumper - $450-500
Rockers - $200-400
Entire Car - $5500-6500

Window Tint:
Ceramic Films - Blocks 43-57% solar heat.
Sides and Back - $275.00
Windshield in Clear - $125.00
Roof - $125.00

3M Crystalline - Blocks 50-62% solar heat. 97% IR heat blockage.
Sides and Back - $600.00
Windshield in Clear - $250.00
Roof - $200.00

Paint Correction with Ceramic Coatings:

Here is a recent Tesla S we just wrapped up. Customer drove 3 hours from other coast to have our services done. They also took advantage or our loaner vehicle while the work was being performed.

Full Front, with lights and rear luggage kit was installed using Xpel Ultimate film.

Hello. Here is a 2017 Tesla Model S P100D that we just finished up.

Paint Protection Film - Entire Car. - Stop rock chips, love bugs, scratches and other road debris
Crystal Serum - Gives the paint and film higher gloss and easier maintenance.
3M Crystalline 40% on the sides and back, Crystalline 70% on the windshield and roof.

Edges are wrapped where possible with no dirt or stretch marks.

This P100D is now protected from rocks, road debris, love bugs and the race track. Yes, the customer takes to the drag strip on occasion for some fast times. My money is on the Tesla.

Below are the coverage options we installed to protect the paint:

• Lights
• Rockers
• Rear Bumper with 2nd layer behind the rear wheels.

Happy 4th everyone.
Just completed a Full Monty on this P100D.

Work Completed: 2 Step Paint correction prior to a full clear bra install. Customer wanted our signature wrap, so we wrapped 80% of all edges on the vehicle. After clear bra dried we installed 3M Crystalline 40% and 70% on all of the windows to keep the car feeling cool and looking cool. Last step was to apply Crystal Serum Black over the film and wheels for a higher gloss, shine and allows easier maintenance.

Hello.
Wanted to share another P100D we just completed. Here are a few pictures of the process.

Paint Protection Film:
We wrapped entire car using the new Suntek Ultra that has a 10 year warranty. Modified Xpel templates were used to wrap most edges safely without causing damage to the vehicle.

Paint Correction/Ceramic coatings:
Our team performed a full correction to the vehicles paint to bring out the most shine possible before applying the paint protection film. After the film was installed we then applied a ceramic coating to the film. The coating allows for easier maintenance and very high gloss.

Window Tint:
Our window tint installers, installed 3M crystalline on all of the glass. We were able to use crystalline film in one piece to cover the roof. Only a few tinters are able to perform this task.

Hope everyone is having a great New Year so far.

We recently did an entire car wrap for an awesome couple out of Orlando. After discussing options, we decided to install Suntek Ultra on the entire Model S.

First step is prepping the car, which includes washing the vehicle using Iron X and clay bar to clean the paint of all contaminants. After we carefully dry off the vehicle, we safely fix any scratches by polishing panels to bring out a glossy finish to the paint. We then clean all edges and prep the surface with a sealant. The sealant helps with the film removal years from now.

Next step is to cut the film out using modified Xpel templates. We have spent a lot of time over the years modifying these templates to wrap edges safely without the need to take car panels apart.

Lastly, the fun part is installing the film. Our goal is no bubbles, dirt, lent, hair, stretch marks, grab marks in the film, while maintaining perfect alignment. This takes years to learn how to do correctly.
