Tesla Model S Wheel upgrade

I recently purchased a 2018 used Tesla Model S with sonic carbon 19 inch wheels. Maryland has really tough inspection laws so Tesla installed brand new tires and wheels. These wheels have less than 700 miles on them. I really wanted the 21 staggered sonic carbon wheels and tires. This will suffice for now until I need to buy new tires or if someone has any ideas about exchange/sale. Check out the picture.
