Well, have we got something to show you! Check out this demo of 057 Tech's Fuller Self Driving (BETA) that works even better, TODAY. No hands. No nags. No feet. (Well, you can keep your hands and your feet, you just don't have to use them.) Just start it up and you're off and running. Our fearless test pilot (an 057 employee who signed a very verbose liability waiver before filming) goes out for some chicken nuggets from our shop and back again with zero interventions. No steering. No braking. No accelerating. No hands on the wheel. He does nothing except sit back, maybe freak out a little every now and then while he processes that 21 page liability waiver he just signed (you know, beta and all), relax, and gather some delicious, processed fried chicken and grease-filled potato sticks with ease!
Pardon our partly disassembled interior. 057's Fuller Self Driving system requires some additional custom hardware, much of which is haphazardly taped and strung around in this Model S in this video. (That will all be cleaned up by the time you buy it, promise!)
