FSD could be used as a terrorist but whether it could arrive at the destination without prematurely exploded due to going to the wrong and opposite lane direction, hitting the curbs, dying when encountering a "curve of death", having very bad phantom brakes, hitting Yosemite boulders 5 times in just 1 month... or not, that still has to be solved.

They might have a better chance if they can train their suicidal pilots to fly manually without Autopilot rather than driving Tesla Autopilot.
