It looks like they cover the wheel lip, which is nice if you don’t want to paint\modify the wheel itself.

OP can you please tell me how you wrapped the lowers too????? I've been told it's a textured plastic so the vinyl would not stick. Did you just use adhesive promoter or did you have to sand it down? I desperately want body color lowers. Thanks!!!
