Tesla Model Y blog: The Biggest Game Changer Yet?

To our valued Metropolitan Detail clients:

We are taking the current COVID-19 events in the surrounding area very seriously for our clients and employees. Using the CDC guidelines, we have performed and will continue to perform regular meetings with staff on how to protect themselves and our clients.

We regularly keep a very clean work area and are increasing our cleaning regimens in our facility including but not limited to:
  • Vehicles will be disinfected before and after an employee enters a vehicle, including our Loaner Cars.
  • For both client and employee safety our technicians will be wearing masks while performing interior cleanings.
  • Signage has been placed throughout our facility to remind people of hand washing etiquette and proper ways to stay clean and work clean.
  • We are increasing general cleaning of our facilities and regularly cleaning restrooms and our front lobby.
  • Appointment drop offs will be staggered to limit the amount of people in our lobby.
  • We ask if you are symptomatic or feeling ill that you please reschedule your appointment for a later date.
We are still offering all of our services, but are making some adjustments to our Interior Detail Services for the time being:
  • We will now be steam extracting all interior services and as an additional courtesy we will be applying an Antimicrobial Treatment to the interior.
  • Unfortunately, at this time, we will be declining interior services that involve vomit, urine or any cleaning of bodily fluids. We are working on a blog post to help customers learn how best to address these issues immediately.

We will still be performing new car inspections during this time but practicing necessary precautions including the 6 foot rule and sanitizing of vehicles. New Car Delivery Inspection

If we are performing a new car inspection on your vehicle, we are happy to transport the vehicle to our shop to minimize everyone's risk with social distancing.
