Tesla New Zealand - Warranty Thread

Hey everyone,

With the chopping and changing of Warranty by Tesla, I wanted to create a single-source-of-truth somewhere that was impartial to Tesla with the goal to keep everyone honest.

Specifically, I've collected resources from wherever I can find them and I'm going to keep them here.

Firstly.. some web references:

It doesn't seem possible to edit my post (probably because I have a new account) so in the meantime, attached below is a 2019 MS/X/3 NZ Tesla New Vehicle Limited Warranty last modified 2019-01-26. It appears the M3 "warranty" was being referenced before it actually launched in NZ. Which leads me to believe they switched to this consolidated world-wide warranty format at some point in 2017/2018.

I hope never to have to use this information. But, thanks, just in case.

Me too! I've had nothing but excellent service from Tesla Service. Everything that has had issues, they've fixed no questions asked. I just imagine that "big stuff" like this, will affect very few of us, but if it does, it is catastrophic (especially if you as the owner get left out in the cold). This thread merely serves as a resource to help protect us all should that owner one day be us.
