Tesla NHTSA ADAS and ADS Data

Now if we can get a statistics whiz to put this in proper perspective (number of Teslas to other EV brands, how many miles each vehicle with a ADAS drove, etc etc etc), we'd have some numbers that actually might mean something.

This is meaningless without the total number of miles driven on each ADAS.

The 2022 Model S with 3 fatalities is not confirmed that the adas was turned on or not.
It looks to me that the right-hand column of this table itls not a conclusion reached, but rather hhat it's the category of Investigation into which the case was submitted for study. If someone claimed or even suggested that the car was running Autopilot, it would be put into that category for investigation.
The article says that 3 of the 35 cases under investigation, they have been able to rule out the ADAS, finding that it was not engaged. That is very different than saying the other cases were in Autopilot; it means a conclusion has not yet been reached.

Are you suggesting the increase of in fatality incidents involving motorcyclists is because Tesla removed radar in May 2021? Tesla only started switching vehicles with radar to Tesla Vision late August with 2022.20.9, but the data doesn't show what version was used.
