I love the car, but the core frustration of ownership is that we as customers don't really have any way of publicly showing what problems we're having, or any viable ways to give feedback to improve the experience. Tesla development efforts seem to be spun on frivolous things like games rather than real UX improvements.
Another round of SAY questions for the Q1 earnings call is happening. We were only 1 question away from getting asked last earnings call.
I'm trying to get them to create an official web based feature request/feedback portal. Community submissions, up/downvoting, and acknowledgement from Tesla as to the viability/status of the request... Ya know... like any other software company in the world.
