if you missed it I recommend that you watch tonight's 4 Corners program "The End of Coal".
The End of Coal? - Four Corners
It includes a short clip of Elon presenting the Powerwall last month.

There was also a Tesla review on ABC's 'Catalyst' yesterday (Tues 16 June 15) at around 2pm (probably a repeat). You can catch it on iView (ABC Catch-up).

It was a perfect example of what the COAL-ition would see as ABC bias. They didn't give equal time in the programme to climate change deniers and coal lovers (although it did feature Tony Abbott)

No, they'll announce an 'enquiry' headed by an 'independent' hand picked skeptic and blame batteries for all sorts of illnesses. They'll then spend millions on an 'information campaign' that declares anything that damages their donors pockets is bad, and they are doing the right thing stopping it. Then you can expect a snappy but meaningless three word slogan like 'stop the volts!' for the next election.

Don't joke Mark - they would probably love to take us back to the dark ages with a plan like that.

After all why spend time converting prehistoric forests to electricity when it will only be used for evil purposes like charging non polluting cars or watching ABC documentaries that demonise things that are good for humanity?

Instead conveniently burn the coal directly either at home in your fire place or in your personal Holden steam carriage (soon to be built in the closed down Toyota and Holden factories).

I just watched it... couldn't believe the guy who thought that he had some sort of right to work in the coal industry just because his family did!

Why would any reasonable person even THINK about giving 'Climate Change Deniers' or 'CoaLovers' (probably the same people) any time at all on TV? (Including Tony Abbott). It is simply illogical, and a waste of TV airtime...

Because we are NOT in a society that tells people what to think or what to say (not just yet anyhow).

Sure as long as it's clear which side is science and which side is conspiracy theory.

No opposition to science just to idiots who insist "science" has a side. Check a dictionary.

You really aren't making much sense; but I guess most of your posts show that.

Well thanks for remembering what I've posted or taking the time to go back & check. I won't promise to reciprocate but above all, stay calm Ray. I find even a few minutes of intense exercise a day helps but the more the better
