Tesla ordering process misleading

We have purchased a used Model X and we live in Louisiana. Paid $2,000 to have the vehicle delivered. Tesla is saying they can't deliver to Louisiana and that we need to drive 9 hours or more to take delivery at a Tesla dealer. Yet, during the ordering process, the check delivery ability feature did not reject our address. Tesla says that is only for new cars, not used cars - but it was in our used car purchasing process so we understood it could be delivered. Do we have any other options?

You can back out of your purchase agreement and forfeit your $100. That's the only option I can think of.

I suspect this is due to the Louisiana legislature not being very Tesla friendly. You might be able to pick up your car in Texas or some place closer than 9 hours.
