Tesla Orlando claiming front license plate mounts can no longer be removed?!?

This is obviously only on the refreshed (yoke) MS where the odd security bolt is found and plate is stuck on from the factory, maybe it also applies to the refreshed MX but not sure. This is after all in the MS section and the title does say this is something new,

Fairly sure all Yoke vehicles do not use bolts with the latest bumper design. My 2022 S didn't have bolts. Star bolts were on my 2016 S with the refreshed bumper. Not sure when they switched but assumed (maybe wrongly) that all S from 2016 to 2020 have the bolts.
