Tesla just sent out an email. Looks like they are going to officially recognize and support local clubs. Very clever of them to utilize their most enthusiastic supporters.

Interesting, we are just now attempting to organize a group for the NC Triangle area. Wonder how to get the group "official"? Only a handful of people so far. At the moment we are using TeslaRTP.org as our central info point and have yet to actually meet.

We are all registered and approved. Also the first club to get our new 'official logo' from Tesla.
I will post it here once it gets converted from the eps file

Here is our new logo provided by Tesla.
We will be making up name tags with Tesla lanyards.
In the near future the logo will be used on the soon to be website teslaownersclub.ca as well as social media accounts.

@Annie You do realize that there is already a registered and chartered Tesla Owners Club of Australia that has local chapters set up by State.
