There will be a Tesla Owners of New England rally on July 28th at noon at the Natick Mall on Rt 9 in Natick MA. It appears the intent is to park in the vicinity of the Tesla Store / Showroom there.

Follow-up tweet 7/3 clarifies meet-up at the Framingham Supercharger

There was a lot of confusion on that meet up and unfortunately I couldn’t even attend it last minute since I had to get my brother from the airport. Next meetup/drive will be more clearly defined. Sorry for the inconvenience.
