Tesla Powerwall for the Philippines

I do have a co worker who is from the Philippines. She lives in Belgium but wishers to buy a Powerwall to install in her parents house in the Philippines.
Is it possible to just buy it here and have it shipped there. Or is Tesla selling it already there also?

Shipping things places is far easier today than it was a while ago. Im sure you can find something to ship it there!

I don't think it is available in Phillipines as tesla doesn't have any official store or dealer in phillipines, she had to bought it from where she is living and ship it to there.
