I would also be willing to trade for an updated HPWC (doesn't have to be Black) for the code. Unfortunately, my referral took delivery prior to the update on the referral program that would have allowed me to select the HPWC, and here we are.

I will check my account to make sure it's still valid. This is the first I've heard of the expiry. I never received any communication from Tesla on this.

Hi - Yes, the code is still available. I am awaiting a response from Tesla regarding the expiry. I have not been told it's expired, so as soon as I hear back, I can let you know.
