Updated Top Tesla referrers from the Tesla referral program to show what the possibility is to win the Model Y. I know it's not 100% accurate (I don't know if it is when the car is delivered or ordered?), but it's just for fun

One of my referrals took delivery yesterday (5/30/19)
The order was placed on 5/22/19. So, it should have added 5,000 miles to my total, yet it only added 1,000. I sent an email to [email protected].

Anyone else seeing this...?

Another referral delivered today ((5/31/19) ordered (5/12/19) also only added 1,000 miles. (Not 5,000 as it should have) I have to assume this is a universal widespread error.
Anyone else?

I talked to someone at Tesla. They are well aware of the issue. I also met a Tesla owner today who only had one referral, but it was a 5,000 mile award. His account only showed 1,000 miles.

More nonsense from Tesla...

Thanks for contacting the Referral Rewards Program. The signature black wall connectors are still out of stock. We did not anticipate such a delay, but looks like the next shipment will not arrive until late July. Even with that shipment we will not be able to fulfill all orders. Please feel free to keep following up, but at this time we don't have an update for you.

I'm still waiting on Arachnid wheels form last year. Service center told me the process is to email the parts department and have them order them for you. They wont just show up through the referral process. I have not made contact with parts department after multiple attempts by email and phone over the span of several months.

I've emailed the referral program probably six times about a missing set of Arachnids.. have never heard a response back about it.

They have responded to me on several other issues, but not a word about the wheels.

Over the years I've earned 3 sets of wheels. Two Arachnids, which took ages (6-8 months each) to arrive. For the third set I selected the 22" Model X wheels, which you would think are in far greater supply than the arachnids. Alas it has been 10 months now since I earned this last set, yet I have heard no news beyond the occasional email response to my inquires that they are "processing". Usually it takes 4-6 weeks just to get a response to my emails themselves.

Over the years through the referral program I've earned about 6 total rewards, from small things like the owners Jacket and travel bags from way back in the day, to the more recent programs black HPWC, my additional rims and a power wall. Except for the final rim set and the powerwall all of the other prizes did eventually show up, and all of them took much longer than what was listed on the referral pages' quoted time to delivery.

At the end of the day, these are free prizes awarded through Tesla. The old saying, "Don't look a gift horse in the mouth" comes to mind. They will show up eventually.

Maybe coincidence but today I got a response from Tesla parts dept.

They said my Arachnid wheels will be ready for pickup in 3 weeks Nd to schedule a service appointment to pick them up.

My awarded miles total is correct now!!!
As of this morning I had 7 referrals delivered.
3 @ 1,000
4 @ 5,000
My total was only 15,000
Should have been 2,3000.
It clearly appeared to be using delivery dates.
My 8th referral (5,000) was just delivered.
Now I have 28,000 miles as expected!

I'm having an issue issue with the past referral program, I had 3 referrals which earned me the Model 3 wheels but now when I log in to my Tesla.com account and check previous programs it only shows 2 referrals. Fortunately I have screenshots of the 3 confirmed referrals. I haven't read about any updates on the Model 3 wheel availability.

I emailed the referral program with the screenshots but have not received an answer. Hopefully they can correct it.
