I thought that all of us who were on 2021.36.5.2 (FSD Beta 10.3) were upgraded to 2021.36.5.3 (FSD Beta 10.3.1) a day or two after 2021.36.5.2 was released.
Is anyone still on 2021.36.5.2 ? TeslaFi doesn't show anyone on 2021.36.5.2, but it's a small subset of total users.

You are correct that there's no more 2021.36.5.2 version currently because people just can't stand all those FCW and AEB incidents anymore and they got the new one hours after that. It's all in the past. So you might wonder why it's a recall if the mistake was promptly fixed?

I think historically, Tesla does not think any beta firmware updates and especially, for the very limited group of Early Access Program testers should be classified as "recall".

But now, Tesla has made it official, so this is a change in its classification. Probably, it wants to communicate with the NHTSA investigation that it is not fighting the agency but now voluntarily following its bureaucratic procedure.

Just talked to customer service about the recall and emergency braking issue. He said my vin didn’t show it was included 😕, so I have the issue but not the solution. Also said I’m up to date on 2021.36.5.1, which is BS! My daughter has a m3 about 2 months earlier than mine and they are on 2021.40.6! I don’t have the voice remote sentry feature or anything after.

Your version is like a month old. You are fine.
