Seems unlikely, honestly... How can AutoPilot possibly work without Forward Collision Mitigation? If someone changes lanes in front of you, what is it supposed to do? Throw it's hands up and smash into the back of the car?

Also, Tesla, as virtually all other car manufacturers in the US has pledged to make AEB standard on all new cars (which Tesla did). So, it does not make any sense.
