I just went to that page
Autopilot
All new Tesla vehicles are equipped with the hardware needed for Autopilot and Full Self-Driving capability features, designed to improve functionality over time.

The original 4 standard safety features are still there. There is no 5 item variation posted.

It's going to slow down like it does today. Just won't use radar to detect the car in front anymore.
Also, Tesla, as virtually all other car manufacturers in the US has pledged to make AEB standard on all new cars (which Tesla did). So, it does not make any sense.

Looks like Tesla updated their website again to change it back. Case closed!
