Tesla Richmond-Glen Allen VA - Due Diligence

I'm a fairly new resident of Charlottesville, about an hour west of the Richmond-Glen Allen SC. I'm doing due-diligence regarding the service experiences of owners at this facility.

I chanced on a thread about rocking seats and what a challenge it appears it has proved to be before a service bulletin was finally issued. Have any readers had experience with this problem being serviced at Richmond-Glen Allen?

After I wrote this I saw a post suggesting that there are 'Regional Forums' which are more appropriate for a post like mine.

If possible, could it be moved to such a forum?

My s60 and s85d has had some work done there and via mobile ranger. So far they did everything and I’m happy. Not sure about the seats but they always went the extra mile on everything else I asked. If it’s a judgement call I’d expect them to do the right thing
