It is with some reluctance that I am posting my 2010 Roadster #550 for sale. It is a great car in excellent condition and has been a wonderful experience driving and owning it, but it's time to pass it on to a new good home.

@RALechner, wow she's a beauty! Do you have all the service records and do you know the CAC? Shots of the interior, trunk and hood compartments would also help. Great SoC values as well with a fresh, warrantied ESS for $55K? Someone is going to get a heck of a deal...!

Just wanted to give a shoutout to @RALechner who took great care of the roadster and went above and beyond to deliver the car to the next owner (us!).

We initially met him on a weekend for a test drive and he walked through all the features of the car, pointed out the small number of issues that he thought we should know about. We called back a few hours later and expressed interest in purchasing right away. However, he wanted to make sure that he fixed all the issues he pointed out - to the point where he took it in to the dealership during the week to get an airbag light checked out, paid for replacement of the entire module, and had the Tesla folks re-inspect everything before proceeding with the transaction the next weekend.

He also provided all service records, past registration forms, original window stickers and even postcards sent from Tesla over the years of various roadsters / artwork - even did a live demo of putting the hardtop on when we came to pick up the car. He did far more than we would expect with selling a used car and was thoroughly impressed with both professionalism and friendliness of his actions. If this is any indication of the Tesla community at large, we're very excited to join as proud owners of #550

Welcome to TMC and the Roadster Forum @adaboost. Most of all, congrats on your purchase of what can arguably be considered one of the most important vehicles ever produced in automotive history.

The members here are highly devoted and incredibly knowledgable with solid technical acumen and a healthy dose of snark and sarcasm thrown in for good measure.
