Tesla Roadster battery swap issue. Help please

Hi everyone.
In 2019 I've purchased theft recovery 2010 Tesla Roadster (VIN: 5YJRE1A39A1000683), exported it to Ukraine and found out battery was bricked. It took me long time to find new donor, but I finally found one! Did full swap from the donor battery into the original one, put it in my vehicle, but Roadster complains about one cell in a battery # 3 (we did exchanged it as well but error stays) and does not want to start. We kinda lost at this moment what could it be. The whole battery is around 370V, each cell is 34V, each individual module in a cell is 3.7V. Appreciate any feedback where we should take a look. Thank you.

You need to look down in each bmb for a light to blink to make sure they are all alive.

The sheet alarm only showed when I had a bad bmb or disconnected brick voltage wire.

Also, just to help your description, the battery has 11 sheets, 9 bricks per sheet, and 69 cells per brick. On the sheet you replaced, did you check V of each brick?
