Tesla roof rack bar movement front to back ?

I've had roof rack in the past on other car and they fit like a glove but the roof rack on my Model 3 is something else.

I had them installed by Tesla with our heat pump replaced. Everything look ok beside one little detail. I've rock them side to side (rocking the car side to side) and they seem to be solid. However when pushing the bar front to back with a twist in my wrist, there is movement. I've ask the tech and he said it's normal.

Is this normal behaviour ?

I've got a mobile service place since they didn't properly stick on of the PPF under a bar and I'll ask him when he gets here in April.

Have them check the torque on the nuts.

While they came home, he refitted the bars. However he didn't torque them at all and said it's how he did them for the last 2 years. Ok...

I'll check them myself. I'll torque to the minimum of 2.5 and go from there.
