Tesla shop order not showing in order history and no order email confirmation

Anyone experienced similar?

Placed order on Tesla.com for storage bins successfully before they went out of stock.

Never received confirmation email as well as no trace in order history.

Yes, this happened to me as well. I ended up with two orders of these storage bins and couldn't figure out why. I placed an order on 8/14, and one on 9/7 because I didn't see the 8/14 order listed on the order history. And both orders were delivered roughly the same day. The 8/14 order still doesn't show up.

Same happened to me. I took the second order back to the Service Center for a refund. I would hold off if you didn't think the first order went through as it probably did.

I got both orders delivered on the same day. Just sent one back.

I ordered the wall charger and mats. I don’t see it in my order history either…but I see the charge on my card. Should I just wait a few days?

Yeah me too. Ordered a jacket before it went out of stock. I can see the charge went through in my bank but dont see it in order history or email confirmation
