Recently I bought some items on the Tesla shop. Original shipment was almost correct; was just missing 1 of 3 items. Once I contacted Tesla they sent out the 3rd item. However the next day I received another of the exact same item. Then a few hours later a CHAdeMO adapter that was not ordered. Seems to me Tesla’s logistics are not on par, has anyone experienced anything similar?
