Not a chance. Ontario definitely has more, then maybe BC has more than Quebec.

I heard of a few Superchargers in development in all 3 provinces which should be ready by the end of the year. No urban additions so far

I'm not sure about the rest of the province, but there are a TON of Teslas in the greater-Vancouver area. M3 seem to have replaced the Civic for vehicle I see most on the road these days, though there are a peppering of MS and MX and slowly seeing more and more MY too.

They don't get the money until they actually sell some stocks. They are authorized to do it, but are under no obligation to do so. Most likely they will sell a bit at a time. Of course, I'd love to see more Superchargers in the Supercharger deserts.

They completed the sale of $5B shares on Sep 4. So they have the cash now. Impeccable timing as the stock has sold off about 18% since then.
