I hope that the site being down doesn’t delay deliveries for this weekend. My delivery was already delayed last weekend because of my MY being stuck in Chicago.

Just talked to an advisor at my local delivery center. They just got their phones back up a little while ago. Rest of the systems are slowly coming back online, so hopefully it's resolved soon.

Quite simply they probably host their main webpage on other servers not connected in the Fremont area. There are large portions of the SF Bay area without internet right now in a very large outage.

Why their account servers have a single point of failure though is beyond me.

I already had my delivery delayed from yesterday to Friday because the truck hadn't delivered it yet. I'm pretty sure they haven't been able to do any deliveries today, so I fully expect another delay. Frustrating.

Very very slow to update. I can still remotely lock my car/pop the trunk in my driveway. Took a drive earlier and its fine. Just taking forever to load the info mileage/climate temp. via the app.

I can access my Model S, but I have it set to stay awake. Two coworkers with Model 3s who let them sleep can't access their vehicles.

My Model 3 phone key says disconnected in my iOS app but it operates as normal. I can remotely access the car and driving it at lunch wasn't any different. I'm pretty sure their authentication site is down which is preventing the access to my account on the website (as well as problems for anybody that has their app logged out on their phone).

Is Tesla really going to just straight up not make any announcement? It’s been hours now. From what I see some think it’s a massive outage in California. I wish they’d say that instead of letting people let their minds wander to the potential worst of them being hacked or something.

Nope, totally down.

Sigh, outage is preventing us from taking delivery. They lost our keys, and to make new ones/activate the car, they need the Tesla network up.
