Tesla solar panel/power wall for unit in apartment complex?

Hi!

Has anyone managed to get Tesla solar panels in their apartment complex or/and with use of a Tesla battery?

I assume you are renting the apartment and not the owner of the complex. If that’s the case, have you had a discussion with the owner about installing solar panels and/or a battery? If it’s anything like the U.S., I think you’d need their permission as a minimum to get panels and a battery installed.

If it is a strata you also will want to check with them on what is covered, most cases the roof is covered by strata / insurance. Also as someone mentioned, if you are the owner then just reach out to the strata, if not then obviously the owner will be your contact point to start with. You will need to workout with them the install cost and ownership, generally if you install the solar and powerwall it will be extremely expensive to uninstall and set the premises back to "before" standard.. then again i have never heard of someone uninstalling solar to shift to another property
