Very interesting program. Out here in Australia. Most of the hybrid training at technical colleagues is supported by Toyota and less so by Nissan. It was a big success for Toyota and the obvious tax write off to donate cars, engines gearboxs, ect. It later paved the way for a program called T3.
Where you went to high school 3 days a week. Workplace training at a service center 1 day and technical colleague 1 day, over a 2 year period. At the end you would have finished high school, had 1 year trade experience. Finished the first year of a mechanical apprentiship And got paid for the day at the service center.
