Tesla Store Melbourne - Shipping delays?

I have two outstanding orders from the Tesla store in Melbourne (BTI Logistics Center, Ravenhall) that are over a week old. Aussie Post tracking has reported "it's being prepared" for over a week. I have emailed Tesla without any response.

One order is for a Gen 3 wall charger, that I would like installed as soon as possible. Past orders have been delivered in less than a few days.

Any others here with delays? Is it due to Melbourne lockdown?

I have a whole CAR being delayed with no clear reason why other than “lockdowns”.

At least in my case I’ve been able to surmise that the border restrictions is making it hard to get trucks to/from Sydney.

Maybe you’ve got a similar problem with your order?
