Interesting: 3 new Supercharger locations in France added Nov 16 with 140 kW - got unnoticed so far I believe...
145kW is technically the max for each pair. Cars are still limited to 120kW. I dunno why Blueshift sometimes lists the total per pair vs total per car, but he's done it before for some other locations also.
Regardless, this is not some new kind of supercharger beyond perhaps getting a CCS Type 2 handle in addition to the normal one (as mentioned by Tesla).

These three in France were added by a new supercharge.info editor (ticketchu) from France. He probably just isn't familiar with the power setup (or, for better or worse, current supercharge.info convention). Looks like another editor (joel) has already fixed them.

It looks like all of the yet-to-be-opened locations on Tesla's website map have now been changed to "2019".
This coincided with a few bugs appearing (e.g. recently opened Tamworth and Warrnambool superchargers in Australia have reverted from "open" back to grey markers; the latter says "Hong Kong" when you click on it.) so there may be a few more errors that people may notice in their local areas.

How many Superchargers were listed as Coming Soon in 2018 that did not make it and are now Coming Soon in 2019?
Well technically they weren't "Coming Soon in 2018" they were "Coming Soon", "Target opening in 2018" and are now "Coming Soon", "Target opening in 2019". And don't forget the next line "Exact timing and specific location may vary"

On the order of 400 "Coming Soon" superchargers had their target dates moved from 2018 to 2019.
Here is an update on the status of the North American "Coming Soon" superchargers targeted to open in 2019. 11 sites opened in the U.S. and Canada in the last month. Beginning on today's date (28 Feb), over the past five years, North American development has progressed as follows:
2014-2015: 75 to 176 ∆ = 101
2015-2016: 176 to 267 ∆ = 91
2016-2017: 267 to 368 ∆ = 101
2017-2018: 368 to 523 ∆ = 155
2018-2019: 523 to 692 ∆ = 169
That first derivative looks quite handsome, doesn't it?
