I have been wondering for a while when variable pricing would come to more changepoints. its an obvious thing given the variability in electricity prices at different times but it won't be until charge points start to get consistently congested at busy times that it will be worthwhile for the suppliers.
Tesla probably have this issue but until recently most cars had included charging cost so no way to incentivise. Now the M3 is dominating numbers wise they can start to experiment with it.
