I've been trying to buy the rear cubby bins for my MY. I've had a lot of trouble getting in the store for about a month. I'm not alone. I've seen other posts with this problem. At first logging in to my account would do the trick, but lately not. I did finally get in to buy these things after trying many times. But in the meantime I had filled out a contact with support.
So this evening I get an email with the below. Thing is that not only is my problem still there (just checked a few minutes ago), but no one has actually contacted me. Needless to say my ratings in the survey were pretty much the lowest for every question. I did look in my spam folder and didn't see anything from Tesla unless this was the response:
